• Contract Language and Earned Value Application: Proficient in understanding and applying contract language as it relates to Earned Value.
  
• Project Scope Organization: Capable of organizing a project’s scope into a meaningful structure for execution.
• Planning, Scheduling, and Budgeting: Skilled in planning, scheduling, and budgeting project work from initiation through closeout using integrated cost/schedule tools.
• Performance Measurement: Highly proficient in monitoring project progress for performance measurement.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS): Experienced with EVMS and its related accounting components used to record actual costs for a project or activity.
• Reporting and Analysis: Able to generate, understand, and analyze relevant reports, using actual cost data reconcilable with the accounting system.
• Change Management: Experienced in managing changes to the scope of work, deviations, performance trends, or changes to an approved or baseline project control plan throughout a project’s lifecycle.
• Communication: Possesses skills to provide coherent and relevant communications (oral and written) to all levels of project stakeholders (internal and external).

Eligibility Requirements

• 8 years of industry-related experience, or
• 4 years of industry-related experience plus a 4-year industry-related college degree

• Exam Duration: 5 hours maximum
