Please note that using a consumer account for business purposes is prohibited. For business accounts, please contact our customer service.

Each subscription account is for individual use only, and is not to be shared among multiple users. If the account content is accessed more times than an individual average user then TestPrepTraining reserves the right to block the account from future use.

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing TestPrep Training for your learning needs. We strive to provide a satisfying experience for our users and ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

By purchasing a product from TestPrep Training, you agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy (as on this page). This policy applies to all individual users purchasing courses and subscriptions. Please note that these terms do not apply to business clients or organizations.

KINDLY NOTE

Purchases made during sales periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, or any deals offering 40% or more discounts, which are already associated with higher discounts and offers, are non-refundable. Additionally, applying additional coupon codes during these sales periods is not allowed.

If you are dissatisfied with our video courses or practice tests, we are prepared to process refunds based on the following terms:

Refund Policy for Video Courses and Practice Tests:

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee deduction.

Note - Even if you have requested a refund in case of failure to pass the exam, your refund will not be processed if you are unable to submit acceptable proof of failure (such as an email from the vendor, scorecard, etc.).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All the actions, controversies, and disputes with respect to the User’s use of Services (referred individually as "Claim") and , come under the scope of terms in this Section. 

User expressly submits to the individual and exclusive jurisdiction and location of the courts in the  State of New Delhi in the Republic of India, for any Claim.

User expressly agrees that any Claim would be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
