• They conduct individual and group fitness training sessions.
• They also oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely.
• Handling nutrition and health-related questions.
• Demonstrate how to perform various exercises and routines to reduce injuries.
• They provide alternative exercises during workouts
• Monitoring clients’ progress at the same time.
• They describe rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment.
Who should take this exam?
Anyone with a graduation in B.P.E or B.P.Ed, human anatomy, etc can take this exam. Moreover, it is recommended to have Sports participation in your high school for better career opportunities.
