This customization results in a tailored system. The tailored system is The design factors may include<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>the organizational character and profile<\/li><li>the size of the organizational <\/li><li>the organizational industry sector<\/li><li>regulatory landscape<\/li><li>threat landscape<\/li><li>role of IT in the organization<\/li><li>technology-related infrastructure<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The COBIT 2019 Framework also provides a Governance System Design Workflow to be used for developing a tailored system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Governance System Design Workflow has following stages and steps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 1. Understand the enterprise context and strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1 Understand enterprise strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 Understand enterprise goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3 Understand the risk profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.4 Understand current I&amp;T-related issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 2. Determine the initial scope of the governance system<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 Consider enterprise strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 Consider enterprise goals and apply the COBIT goals cascade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3 Consider the risk profile of the enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.4 Consider current I&amp;T-related issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 3. Refine the scope of the governance system<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 Consider the threat landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2 Consider compliance requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3 Consider the role of IT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.4 Consider the sourcing model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.5 Consider IT implementation methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.6 Consider the IT adoption strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.7 Consider enterprise size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 4.
