  • There is a 24 hour waiting period after the first failed attempt and a 14 calendar day waiting period after the second through the fourth failed attempt.
  • There is a 12-month waiting period after the fifth failed attempt, or a request can be made with authorization from the Veeam VMCE security team, [email protected].
  • After waiting 12 months, the individual can retake the test for attempts six through nine.
  • Candidates must also wait another 12 months or make a request to the Veeam VMCE security team for authorization.
