What is the ServiceNow Micro-Certification – Virtual Agent examination?

In order to contribute to the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and administration of the Virtual Agent application, a candidate must pass the Virtual Agent Micro-Certification test.

The Virtual Agent Micro-Certification exam is available to ServiceNow customers, partners, and employees.
How to register for the examination?
Each candidate must use a voucher they get after finishing the necessary Customer Service Management Implementation training course to register for the exam on the ServiceNow website. Voucher codes give the candidate eligibility to take the exam and are non-transferable. Each test taker can choose between taking the exam in an Authorized Testing Center or online with a proctor during the registration process. To ensure there is no line-up and a seat is reserved, candidates register for the exam at a certain date and time.
How long will be the duration of the exam?
The CIS-CSM exam is of 90 minutes.
