- The exam duration is 90 minutes.
- Thirdly, the examination fee is $100 USD. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
The candidate can reschedule or cancel the exam appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled exam timing. If you fail to cancel or reschedule the exam at least 24 hours before the appointed time, then your examination fee will be forfeited. Follow the steps below to cancel/reschedule-

PowerPoint 2013 (77-422) Exam Retake Policy
- If the candidate has failed or has not achieved a passing score on the exam on the first attempt, then they must wait for at least 24 hours before retaking the exam.
- If the candidates fail to achieve a passing score on the second attempt too, then they must wait for 2 days(48 hours) before retaking the exam for the third time.
- There is a two-day waiting period imposed between each subsequent retake of the exam.
- There is no limit on the number of attempts annually for the same exam.
