The Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification validates the ability to use Pega to design and build for reusability across multiple lines of business. It includes applying best practices, understanding application debugging and performance tuning, and addressing security/access requirements in an application.

Do I need to re-certify Pega certification?

No. There is no need to re-certify after you have earned certification.

How do I know that the exam is going to retire?

When an exam retires there are chances that it is replaced by another exam. Exam retirement information is posted on Pearson VUE page and on the corresponding exam page in Pega Academy.

How do I get a copy of my score reports?

Download a copy of your score report at any time by logging into your Pearson VUE account and clicking the View Score Reports link in the My Account menu.

What kind of badges does Pega offer?

Pega currently consists of certification badges, enablement badges (awarded for completing Pega Academy Missions or attending an instructor-led class), and event badges.

I am unable to log in my PersonVUE account? What should I do?

What are the documents required during Pega exam?

Candidates appearing for the Pega exam must bring two forms of personal identification (ID). Both forms of ID must have your signature, and one of the 2 forms of ID must have your photo. Valid forms of ID are government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport.
