10. How to reschedule for the exam?
The candidates can reschedule for the exam with no cost up to 3 business days before the appointed time. Then, the candidate can proceed to register for a new exam date.

12. Should a candidate who is already PCCSA certified, needs to take PCCET exam?
If the candidate’s current PCCSA certification expires, they are required to take and attempt for the new wxam to recerify as a PCCET exam.
13. How to know if the PCCET certification has expired or not?
To check the status of your PCCET certification, log in to the Certification Management System and click on the “certifications” section to verify whether your certificate is active or not.
14. I am currently PCCSA Certified, what happens to this certification?
Individuals who are PCCSA certified will have their credentials grandfathered into the revised PCCET certification system. Individuals who want to recertify as a PCCET or take a higher level certification test after their present PCCSA certification expires must take and pass the new exam.
15. What should I do if I need to change my exam date after I’ve scheduled it?
- You can cancel a test for free up to three (3) business days prior to the exam’s scheduled time window. You can sign up for a new exam date and use your money toward it.
- However, there will be no refund if you cancel within three (3) business days of your scheduled exam. If you wish to reschedule the exam, you must pay the entire cost of the new appointment.
16. What are the recertification requirements?
- From the time you pass the exam, your PCCET certification is valid for two years.
- After getting certified, you must wait six months before taking another PCCET exam. You must recertify every two years to keep your certification current by passing one of the following exams: PCCET, PCNSA, or PCNSE.
