Exam Details
ITIL Practitioner can be taken at any stage in the ITIL certification scheme beyond Foundation. The ITIL Practitioner Exam questions will appear in the form of multiple-choice questions. The candidate will be given 135 minutes to complete the 40 questions of this exam. The candidate is required to obtain 28 marks required to pass (out of 40 available) – 70%.
ITIL Practitioner Prerequisites
Candidates wishing to take the ITIL foundation exam must be able to show evidence of having passed either the version 3 ITIL Foundation examination or the version 2 ITIL Foundation examination plus the Foundation Bridge examination.
