Goals Cascade
The goals cascade translates stakeholder needs into enterprise goals and then to actionable goals along with priorities for alignment goals.
The enterprise goals are a key design factor for a governance system. Prioritization of the governance and management objectives as per the enterprise goals is also supported by the goals cascade.
The goals cascade has been updated and reduced in COBIT 2019. The goals cascade aligns the I&T strategy to governance and management objectives.
