The Certified Function Point Specialist (CFPS) exam is a 180-minute-long exam.

• The exam has 3 sections, viz., Definition, Implementation, and Case Study.  
• The definition section has 50 multiple-choice questions.
• The implementation section has 50 multiple-choice questions.
• The Case Study section has 10 cases totaling 50 marks.
