Digital badges (also known as open badges or digital credentials) allow you to showcase your achievements and receive recognition for them. 

As a Candidate, when will I receive my results?

After completing your exam, your result will be provided immediately. And the final result will be made available within 14 days. An email will be sent to you, to confirm your personal details. After successfully providing your details, your result will be made available to you. Contact here if you do not receive an email requesting confirmation of your personal details. The email will be (re)sent to you. Post this, you will receive an email stating that your results are now available in your Candidate Portal.

When will I receive my certificate?

After giving the exam, a digital version of your certificate will be immediately available on the Candidate Portal. This digital certificate is an original and official document. However, if the Candidate Portal states Digital Certificate Only, then it means that you haven’t ordered any hard copy yet. You can then order the hard copy of your certificate from your Candidate Portal. However, a certain amount of fee is applicable while ordering a hard copy of the certificate. After the successful placement of the order, your certificate will be delivered to you within 4 weeks, depending on your location. Use this tool, to check when can you expect the arrival of your certificate.

Can I review my exam?

Yes, you can review your exam. You must contact the Accredited Exam Centers, directly. However, an additional fee will be charged for reviewing your exam.

How can I retake my exam?

You can retake your exam the same day, at your Exam Center, or through the EXIN Anywhere Service. However, EXIN recommends candidates to take time for extra preparation. The coaching report given will help you identify the topics in which you need to give additional attention.

How can I prepare for the Business Continuity Management Foundation exam?
