What is exam cancellation policy?
Exin allows you to cancel your exam within 14 days of your registration. You can either contact EXIN or cancel the registration on the Candidate Portal. The cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail or in writing as soon as possible, but no later than one week of receipt of the cancellation
What is the retake policy?
EXIN allows candidates to retake their exams. You must contact the Accredited Exam Centers, directly. However, an additional fee will be charged for reviewing your exam. Moreover, you can retake your exam the same day, at your Exam Center, or through the EXIN Anywhere Service.
When will I receive my result?
You will get your result immediately after you complete your exam. The final result will be available in your email in 14 days.
