What is exam retake policy?
If the candidate does not meet the passing score, he or she must wait 24 hours before reapplying for the exam. The candidate can reschedule the exam using their certificate dashboard. Only five times can a candidate reappear for the examination. If you fail your second attempt, you will have to wait 14 days before rescheduling your third attempt. The fourth and fifth tries will also have a 14-day waiting period.
What is the exam cancellation policy?
Microsoft allows applicants to cancel or reschedule their exams up to 24 hours before the scheduled exam time. However, you must cancel or reschedule your exam at least 6 working days prior to the planned exam date to avoid incurring cancellation fees. Furthermore, if you fail to attend the exam, you will not be reimbursed for the exam fee.
