Candidates who wish to cancel a GAQM certification exam scheduled for computer-based testing must do so at least 72 hours in advance to get a full refund. Cancelling or postponing a computer-based test with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of exam costs.
Can I retake an exam, I have already passed but want to improve my score?
Retakes are not allowed after the successful completion of a test.
