Additional Recommended Experience

• Candidates must have at least six months of field experience in working on ServiceNow deployment projects and also in participating in implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, for Cloud Management.
• Candidates must also have participated in at least one project in implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, for Cloud Management.
• Candidate should have knowledge of Windows and Unix administration skills
• Intermediate or above JavaScript scripting skills is required
• Basic knowledge of network administration.
• Intermediate or above cloud administration knowledge with AWS and/or Azure clouds.
• Also, candidates must be familiar with industry concepts and terminology.

Exam Details

The CIS-Cloud Management exam has approximately 45 questions. The Servicenow Cloud Management Exam Questions are in the format of multiple choice and multiple select. The cost of the exam is $300 USD and the time duration is 90 minutes. 

Exam Registration

 After completing the prerequisite Cloud Management Advanced training the candidate will receive a voucher with which he/she is required to register for the examination via the ServiceNow webassessor website. During the enlistment procedure, each test taker has the alternative of taking the test at an Approved Testing Center or as an online delegated test.

If the candidate fails the examination, then he/she can retake the examination up to three times by an additional 100$.
