What is the retake policy for the GAQM Certified Scrum Master (CSM) exam?
If you do not pass the test on your first try, you must wait at least seven (7) calendar days from the date of your first attempt to repeat the exam for the second (2nd) time or any subsequent time. The test can be taken as many times as you choose.
How can I schedule the exam?
All applicants should create their accounts at least three days before their scheduled testing time, according to ProctorU. Please visit ProctorU for further information on the registration/scheduling procedure. Now enter your ProctorU user ID and password to log in. Choose the “New Exam” option, then select the exam you want to book. Choose a day and time from the calendar and the drop-down menu. Available days are highlighted in blue, and any available spaces are displayed in a drop-down menu. Click “Add Reservation” to add the appointment.
However, depending on your school’s policies, once you add your test to the schedule, you may be sent to the payment screen. Also, remember to fill out all required fields before clicking “Submit” to approve your credit card payment. When booking a test, you may also use a voucher as payment; simply choose Voucher as the payment option and enter the voucher number.
Furthermore, candidates can purchase pre-paid exam vouchers directly from GAQM Online-Store or by sending an email to [email protected]. Make sure to use the voucher well in time as the Exam Voucher is not valid after the expiration date, may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund, and may not be used for any other exam.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy of GAQM Certified Scrum Master (CSM)?
