What is the length of the exam?

The length of the Certified Food Safety and Quality Auditor (CFSQA) exam is 4 hours 18 minutes for the computer-based test, and 4 hours for the paper-based test.

What is the format of the exam?

The CFSQAexam is based on Multiple Choice Questions.

How Can I Register for the CFSQAexam?

To apply for this exam, you have to follow these steps –

  1. Submit Applications: The first step is to submit the application. It will take up to 1-2 business days for the review of the online submission, and 4-5 days for hardcopy submissions.
  2. ASQ Review: Once the review is finalized, you will receive a notification via email. If you meet all the requirements, then you will receive an approval mail. But if ASQ needs more clarification on some aspects, you’ll receive a ‘Hold’ mail. If you do not meet the requirements, then you will get your refund after deducting a sum of $70 as the processing charge.

In what language can I give the exam?

The exam can be given in English.

How many questions are there in the CFSQA Exam?

  • For a Computer-based test – 145questions, out of which 135 are scored and 10 are unscored.
  • For paper-based test – 135 scored questions.

• Then, work experience of 5 years, with an additional one year as decision-making professional.
