What type of question comes in the exam ?

You will not get any true/false questions. Questions that come are usually single choice , choose two or three correct answers. In case of choosing more than one correct answer type of questions , you will have to choose all the correct answer. For example , if you choose one correct and one incorrect answer , none of them will be marked right.

When do we get the result ?

Once you are done , click the submit button on the screen and you will get your results immediately appeared on the screen.

From where do I download a copy of my certificate?

Go to the ‘YourAcclaim’ portal and download a copy of your certificate from there.

How can I be sure that my computer is ready to launch the exam?

Firstly go to the homepage of the SAP certification hub. You will see an option to install the ‘Questionmark secure browser’ which is compulsory to install for launching the exam.

It is also advised to do the system readiness check using the Test Communication and Bandwidth button. This will test your device’s internet speed , browser support and webcam.
