How can I reschedule or cancel an exam?

To reschedule or cancel your exam, you need to reach out to Pearson VUE or log into your Pearson VUE account online at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that exams cannot be rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel or reschedule in advance or do not attend the exam, you will forfeit your exam fee.

What is the Splunk Certification Agreement?

Before your certification exam begins, you will be given three minutes to read and accept the Splunk Certification Agreement. It’s advisable to review this agreement beforehand, as it details the expected code of conduct, requirements, and conditions for termination. If you choose not to accept the agreement, your exam session will be ended.

What is the retake policy?

If you do not pass the exam on your initial attempt, you must wait seven days before retaking it. For any subsequent retakes, the waiting period increases to allow sufficient time for review and study. Splunk also retains the right to deny any retake beyond the sixth attempt.
