What if I need to cancel or reschedule a course?
Cancellations and requests for rescheduling public or private classroom, on-site classroom, or virtual training course must be at least seven business days before the scheduled date. However, for this, you will receive a full credit that must be used before the expiration of the applicable term. But, no refund or credit will be granted if the request is made less than seven days in advance.
Bank of Funds Cancellation and Terms?
Individuals may cancel an enrollment, without charge, if it provides Adobe with at least 7 business days’ advance written notice.
Secondly, if candidates fail to attend a training course, cancels such enrollment with less than 7 business days written notice, or fails to provide the minimum requirements. Then, that may be reasonably requested by Adobe in order to provide an on-premise training course, Customer’s bank of funds will still be decremented in the amount of the enrollment fee.
Can I Retake the Exam?
If you pass any Adobe credential, then it is necessary to wait twelve calendar months before retaking the same examination, unless Adobe changes the test objectives for the examination.
How to schedule Adobe Exam?
Adobe exams are delivered worldwide by PSI. However, to register for the exam:
- Firstly, visit Adobe’s credential management system login page. To log in it is required to have an Adobe ID. So, in case you do not have an Adobe ID, click the link for “Get an Adobe ID”.
- Secondly, after logging on, you will be instructed to create a Profile. And, after creating your Profile, you will be instructed to update your opt-in Settings.
- Next, click on the “Home” tab then click “Schedule your exam at PSI.”
- After that, you will be directed to a new page within CertMetrics where you will click “Click here to log in to PSI.” For here, you will be taken to a page hosted by the exam delivery vendor, PSI, that displays the available exams.
- Then, scroll through the list of available exams and press the “Schedule Exam” button for the exam you want to take.
- After that, select a delivery mode for your exam by choosing either “Test Center” or “Remote Online Proctored Exam.” Then, select your exam language to see options for your exam and select an available date and start time.
- Lastly, confirm schedule details to receive a booking confirmation and proceed to payment. However, after payment is done, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration details and a receipt.
When will I receive my final score?
A candidate with a “pass” status will receive their final score status within 78 hours after completing the exam. You will receive your score by email or by going to the Adobe Credential Manager.
What happens if I fail?
If you fail on your first attempt to pass any Adobe exam, you must wait at least 24 hours before retaking the exam. If you fail to pass on their second or any subsequent attempt, you must wait at least 14 calendar days before retaking the exam. Each attempt will incur a separate exam fee.
How do I pay for an exam?
You can pay for a certification exam with a credit card. Exam vouchers are also available for bulk purchase.
If I don’t pass an exam, can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds for failed exams.
How long do the certifications last?
Because we need to ensure our experts are up to date on new solution features and capabilities, Adobe Certifications are valid for two years.
How do I find out what I missed on my exam?
Adobe does not disclose exam answers. Adobe strives to maintain the highest standards to protect the integrity of the certifications you earn.
What can I do if I have a grievance with an exam question?
Adobe is focused on the integrity of the ACE certifications and ensuring the accreditations remain meaningful. If you have a grievance with a question, send a description of the question and your complaint to [email protected].
What do I receive upon certifying?
All candidates who pass the exam will get a certification PDF, a score report, and a digital badge for use on social media.

Adobe Certified Expert: Photoshop CC 2015 exam is designed for candidates having experience between two to five years of using Adobe Photoshop in digital imaging, digital publishing, and design environments. This also requires the responsibility of:
