After the 3rd attempt a candidate will be required to wait an additional 15 business days prior to attempting to pass the exam again. If the candidate is unsuccessful after the 3rd attempt, candidate will need to contact [email protected] prior to any additional attempts.

Can I reschedule or cancel the exam?

If candidate needs to reschedule or cancel their exam, then they must contact Pearson VUE 48 hours prior to the exam appointment. Rescheduling an exam less than 48 hours in advance is subject to the same day forfeit of exam fee.
