How to reschedule or cancel the exam?

Candidates must reschedule or cancel their exams before 6 business days of their scheduled appointment to avoid any charge of fees. If candidates fail to appear for the exams and don’t cancel their exam 24 hours before their scheduled appointment, they won’t be refunded. Note Business days, i.e., only Monday-Friday are taken into consideration for the above-mentioned matters.

What if I want to retake the exam?

You can retake your exam within 24 hours after your first failed attempt.

However, there must be a 14 days gap between the second and third, third and fourth and fourth and fifth attempts (if given)

When will my credential expire?

Your credential will expire in 2 years. 

How many times can I retake the exam?

A maximum of 5 times in the time span of 12 months.

Where will I find my exam results?

Candidates will get to know whether they passed or failed within a few minutes after their exam. They will also receive a printed result and feedback based on your performance. The examiner will then send your scores to Microsoft.
