Elastic Beanstalk Application Management

• Create an application to use Elastic Beanstalk
• Application is a container for environments running the application
• Versions of application stores source code, saved configurations, logs, and other artifacts

To create an application

• Open the Elastic Beanstalk console.
• Choose Create New Application.
• Enter the name of the application and description with tag keys and values, as requirement.
• Choose Create.
• The console prompts to create an environment for it.

To delete an application

• Open the Elastic Beanstalk console.
• Choose Actions next to the application to delete.
• Choose Delete Application.

To access the application management console

• Open the Elastic Beanstalk console.
• The console displays a list of all environments running in the current AWS Region, sorted by application. Choose an application name to view the management console for that application.
