9. How to schedule the exam?

10. Can I reschedule or cancel the exam a day before the actual exam?
You are not allowed to reschedule or cancel an exam less than five (5) days before a current exam appointment.

A fee of $70 is charge in order to rescheduled or cancel the exam within 5-29 days prior to an existing exam appointment.
12. Do I need to take a training course for the test?
No, ICP does not need candidates to attend a training course in order to prepare for their tests. It is up to the candidate to decide whether or not to take training before taking the ICP test.
13. When will I receive my exam results?
Exam results are provided 6-8 weeks after the exam window closes. Prometric sends results to the email address supplied by applicants when booking a test on the company’s website.
14. What is the refund policy of API exams?
Any refund claims must be filed to API within three months of the date of payment and prior to the inspection window, which is outlined below.
15. When will I be certified?
After passing the exam, the certification procedure takes around 2-4 weeks to complete, after which a printed certificate and wallet card will be delivered to the “Preferred” address listed in your API account profile.
16. Is there any validity of the certification?
Yes, the certification is valid for a period of 3 years only.
