Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule the exam, you should go to pearsonvue.com/oracle and login to the account. There you need to select one of the options on the right of the page: Reschedule a Test or Cancel a Test. However, if you do not appear for a scheduled exam your full exam fee will get forfeited. If the exam fee is paid through a voucher then that voucher will be invalidated for future use.
