At the scheduled appointment time –

1.   First Log in to Certification Hub from SAP Training Shop.

2.   Second Launch the exam from the Exam Appointments menu by clicking “Start Exam” from the Exam Appointments page.

3.   Lastly, the proctor will check the exam environment prior to releasing the exam.

Yes, it is required that the computer or laptop is equipped with a webcam that has been fitted with an external camera.

No, it is not allowed to take a break during the exam. However, only due to an urgent issue or technical problem, the candidate should immediately inform the proctor by audio or chat.
